Founded by Gabriela Pires, NōSū Chocolatier was born from a mother’s devotion and a deep curiosity for purity.

Inspired by her son’s dietary restrictions — unable to consume gluten or dairy — Gabriela began studying every detail behind sweetness, texture, and balance in natural ingredients.

What started in her kitchen soon became a journey of craftsmanship and purpose:
